When I bought the Lipton onion soup mix for this recipe, I read the same recipe on the back of the box, but of course, that version is for the oven. Thiswill bea great recipe for me with the summer weather coming soon. These Slow Cooker Lipton Onion Potatoes and grilled chicken make for an easy summer dinner.

  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 oz. packet Lipton Onion Soup mix
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • Add the potatoes to the slow cooker in a spiral design if desired.

  • Sprinkle over the garlic powder, pepper and onion soup mix.
